Send a deletion request
Email hello@morrowsocial.com with the subject “Morrow data deletion.” Include the email associated with your account, your business or workspace name, and whether you want specific records, connected-service data, or the whole account deleted. If you used a booking page, include the clinic or page URL and the contact information you supplied.
You do not need to sign in to make a request. Never send a password, API key, access token, payment-card number or medical record. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and authority before releasing or deleting information.
Facebook, Instagram and other connections
For Meta data, identify the connected business, Page or ad account if you know it. You can disconnect Meta in Morrow’s Connections screen and remove Morrow from the relevant Facebook business integration settings. The same approach applies to Slack, GoHighLevel and other connected services.
Disconnecting stops Morrow’s future access. To remove information Morrow already holds, send the deletion request above. Removing Morrow does not delete your Facebook Page, ads, CRM contacts or messages held by a connected platform. Use that platform’s controls for its own records and active campaigns.
What happens next
We confirm the request, verify the appropriate scope, and identify records and derived knowledge that need removal. For information controlled by your clinic or employer, we coordinate with that business. We explain any information that must be retained for legal, security or dispute-resolution reasons, and any effect on active work.
Where GDPR applies, we respond within one month and notify you within that period if a lawful extension is needed. We provide a completion response or explain the reason and next steps if part of a request cannot be fulfilled. Data removed from active systems must not be reintroduced from backups.
Archiving and cancellation are separate
Archiving a knowledge source removes it from active retrieval but keeps its original and history. Canceling a subscription changes billing access. Neither action is a request to physically erase all your data. If you want deletion, use the email process above. Our privacy policy explains the wider data handling and your rights.
